Since 2015, Post Machine has finished key art and campaign imagery for studios, streamers, and the agencies who create for them — working directly with art directors under tight deadlines, strict embargoes, and constant last-minute change. We're a small, senior team by design: two owners, hands-on every job, scaling with trusted freelancers when a campaign needs more hands.
Who we are
​​Post Machine is a boutique retouching and finishing studio built around one discipline: movie poster and TV campaign key art. Founded in 2015, we're run by two owners who work on every project personally, bringing in trusted freelance specialists when a campaign scales up. We sit at the point in a campaign where the concept has been approved and the pressure is on to deliver — clean, print-ready, on brief, on time. Agencies and in-house marketing teams bring us in because that's the part we're built for.

How we work
We work as an extension of your creative team, not a separate vendor. That means: Direct with art directors. No layers of account management slowing things down. Built for last-minute change. Campaigns shift right up to delivery — new taglines, new crops, new territories. We're set up to absorb that without missing a deadline. NDA and embargo as standard. Unannounced titles, unreleased key art, confidential briefs — discretion is built into how we work, not an add-on. Fast turnaround without shortcuts. Speed comes from experience with the format, not from cutting corners on the final file.

Typography & Lockup Title treatment, billing block, and lockup finishing that matches studio and distributor specification — precise, print-ready, and consistent across every size in a campaign.
Colour Grading Grading and colour matching across a full campaign — one-sheets, digital banners, social assets, and out-of-home — so the artwork looks consistent everywhere it runs.
Print Prep File builds and technical prep for every output format a campaign needs, from billboard and bus-shelter to trade press and home entertainment packaging.
Digital & Social Resizing Campaign artwork adapted and re-finished for every digital placement and aspect ratio, without losing the integrity of the original key art.

On-Set Attendance We attend photoshoots directly, working alongside photographers and creative teams to make sure what's captured on set sets the retouch up to succeed — fewer fixes later, better final image.
